Insurance policy information
Osteopathy Insurance Patients — Please Read Before Your Appointment Although most insurance companies cover Osteopathic treatment at The Moving Body, payment is required at your appointmentappropriater insurer. Please contact your insurance company before your visit to authorise treatment, as this is required by most providers for Osteopathy treatment.
Osteopathy BUPA & AXA PPP Patients — Important Information Due to the administrative requirements of BUPA and AXA PPP Healthcare, we are not registered with these providers.
Ultrasound scans and injection therapy - Chris sees self-funding patients only. Some cash plans and international policies will reimburse the cost of these appointments. We strongly recommend that you discuss this with your policy provider before your appointment.
Payment methods
We accept all major debit and credit cards here at our Clapham clinic. We are a cashless clinic.
Cancellation policy
Appointments may be cancelled by using our online booking service or by calling 0208 819 4850 at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations will be charged at the full price of the treatment unless you are able to find a friend to fill your appointment.
